โ–ช Brainstorm 15-16 innovative ideas to create a learning organization.

โ–ช Discuss all ideas as a large group and narrow them down to five.

โ–ช Break participants into five groups and have each team represent one idea.

โ–ช Have them provide detailed descriptions and discuss the idea's potential.

โ–ช Present findings to the larger group.

โ–ช From these five ideas, select the final three.

โ–ช Break participants into groups of three.

โ–ช Focus on the impact of your idea on People, Partners, Platforms (Strategies), Processes, Programs (Tactics), and Performance
