Two years ago today, I stepped out of the corporate boat with complete hope, trust, faith, and belief to live within my purpose.
I exited the corporate world to deliberately seek joy, use my gifts, work within my calling, and make a difference.
The corporate bureaucracy was replaced with a new ecosystem of activities:
▪️ Founder of The Management Sherpa™
▪️ Professor at Miami University Farmer School of Business
▪️ Professor at Mount St. Joseph University
▪️ Facilitator at Xavier Leadership Center
▪️ Author of two books 𝑇𝑎𝑙𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝐼𝑚𝑝𝑎𝑐𝑡 and 𝑂𝑟𝑔𝑎𝑛𝑖𝑧𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑎𝑙 𝐵𝑒ℎ𝑎𝑣𝑖𝑜𝑟 𝐸𝑠𝑠𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑖𝑎𝑙𝑠 𝑌𝑜𝑢 𝐴𝑙𝑤𝑎𝑦𝑠 𝑊𝑎𝑛𝑡𝑒𝑑 𝑡𝑜 𝐾𝑛𝑜𝑤
▪️ Founder of 𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗱𝗮𝗵-𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗸𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗶, my upcoming third book, personal development course, training manual, devotional, and bible study
Aside from these vocational pursuits, I also dedicated more than 1,000 hours over 18 months to serving #nonprofits, which was a goal of mine.
🔎 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘀, 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸?
▪️ You encounter the divine and grow in faith
▪️ You persevere through challenges and doubts and develop grit
▪️ You strengthen your spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical energy
▪️ You receive abundant joy, provision, and peace
▪️ You flow within your gifts in service to others
▪️ You recognize your blessings, offer thanks, and bless others
▪️ You deepen valued relationships and develop a trusted inner circle
▪️ You make a transformative impact on people starting with yourself
Many along the way encouraged me, but I offer special thanks to the following for being 𝑝𝑖𝑙𝑙𝑎𝑟𝑠 of spiritual, mental, and emotional strength.
If you are at a tipping point, let's chat. I'd be happy to talk you through it. A transformative journey that transcends the familiar and safe awaits you.
It's a leap into the unknown, where you're guided by your trust in something greater than yourself—whether that be God's plan, a deep sense of calling, or a profound purpose.
